If it is then honestly, I don't forsee myself ever paying this much money for shoes... Sorry Mr. Louboutin, I would if I had enless supplies of cash but this is a month's rent.

Mui Mui Sequin Platforms and More!

Today I headed downtown to see "Valentino: The Last Emperor" (which was great!) and was trying to keep an eye out for cute shoes. The shoes that caught my attention were being worn by a woman but not a woman that would speak to me and answer my questions.

No, this woman wasn't being rude, she is a mannequin at Nordstrom. Her job isn't to speak, however, she did perform her duties as the shoes she was wearing made me take a double take... I actually walked past the window, thought about those shoes and then went back to take a picture. I went inside to get the info so I would have something to post here for you all.

Now, sadly I won't be buying these shoes but they would be great shoes for a night out - I can't imagine you wouldn't get hundreds of compliments from many jealous girls...

Name: Mui Mui Sequin Platforms
Purchased: Nordstrom
Price: $950
Favorite Feature: They look like party shoes!!

I did overhear a woman say they were tacky but what does she know! ;) She must not get out much because these shoes would rock the night!!

Since the shoes got me into Nordys I decided to look around - low and behold I fell in love with a cute pair of sandals!

Name: N.Y.L.A. 'Gazelle' Sandal

thaw Fashion Show

I attended the thaw Spring Fashion Show on Thursday night and this idea kind of spawned from all the amazing shoes I saw there. I didn't ask anyone about their footwear but I did snap a few pictures of some shoes I liked.

As we were waiting to get into the show I spied a beautiful tall woman wearing the Dior Extreme Cutout Sandal which was featured in the Sex and The City movie. Surely you remember it! I have seen alot of knockoff's of this shoe so I can't be certain they are really Dior but my guess would be they are. If my hunch is true these shoes run around $780. They are beautiful shoes and she wore them well!

The next shoes that caught my eye were a pair of red boots on the runway. I don't know who or where they are from but if you do please tell me! I would guess Nordstrom but when I searched their site I couldn't find them. My google search for red boot with buttons came up with everything but what I wanted. I must know, where are these boots from?!

Welcome to Shoe Coveter!

I love shoes more than most accessories. Jewelry would be a very close 2nd. I'll have to start a blog for jewelry next!

I go to alot of fashion events for my website, Urban Fashion Network, and I spend many hours looking around at what people are wearing and I can't help but noticing shoes. I've decided to start taking photos of some of the amazing shoes I see and even approach the person and get some info about them.

I'm planning on asking people for their names, the brand, where they got them and how much they paid (If they don't mind sharing that info). Is there anything else you would like to know?

Let's get started!!
